Pennette with Pistachio Pesto

 

X 6 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS

Fresh 600 g ravioli

190 g pistachio pesto

100 g chopped shelled pistachio

Cooking Cream 150 ml

Choosing Ham 150 g Bacon or Pancetta

1 medium onion to taste

Extra Virgin olive oil to taste.

Salt.

Black pepper to taste.

 


 

PREPARATION


Sauté finely chopped onion in a pan previously greased paper,

Add a little water to prevent cooking the onions burn,

put the bacon and Brown, just add the jar of pesto, pistachio

mix by adding cooking water for

stretch the pesto, simmer 5 minutes, then add the cream,

Add salt and pepper to taste, stir well and if you need to add

another bit of cooking water, Cook 5 minutes more, and the pesto is ready.

Bring to a boil the pot for pasta salt as required,

pour your favorite pasta (ravioli, pennette, butterfly,)

drain them and sauté pan add the pesto preparation before,

stir and sprinkle with chopped pistachio BON APPÉTIT!!!!
