Ingredients: for 4 people
350 g spaghetti
Capers q. b
Homemade black olives.
4 anchovy fillets in olive oil de-boned
dried tomatoes (to taste.)
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
finely chopped parsley to taste.
1 tip of chili
In a pot put: cold oil, the garlic, chilli, tomatoes, capers and olives
and cook for a few minutes. We must dissolve the anchovy and garlic just turn Golden.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti al dente
time into the pan with a few tablespoons of cooking water.
A minute at most to mix. Serve with a sprinkling of parsley.
It's a GREAT dish in its poverty and simplicity.
