Mediterranean Sea Bream

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon capers

Extra virgin olive oil 6 tablespoons

100 g black olives

Pepper to taste.

Sea bream fish from 350 g 2 a

Cherry tomatoes 200 g

Finely chopped parsley to taste.


Thyme to taste.



To prepare the Mediterranean gilthead, first thing eliminated the scales of sea bream with a special tool,
