Pesce Spada alla Siciliana

PESCE SPADA ALLA SICILIANA
X 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS
4 swordfish steaks (about 150 g each)
1 tablespoon of capers
50 g green olives
1 stalk of celery
peeled tomatoes 250 g
• Olive oil
• Salt to taste.
Chop the celery along with pitted olives and capers.
Fry the chopped with two tablespoons of olive oil, then add the tomatoes and stir.
Add a ladle of hot water and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Wash and dry the slices of swordfish, then place them in the skillet into the sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes per side.
Seasoned with plenty of pepper and a little salt and serve.
Serve with a nice white wine Alcamo in Sicily ...
